This project involved constructing additional running lanes on the
A38 Little Eaton and Markeaton Roundabouts, widening the approaches and departures, modification of the existing splitter islands and conversion of existing traffic signals to improve traffic flow.
These changes included alterations to the surface water drainage on the roundabouts, as well as works to improve flow in the Dam Brook watercourse to the east.
